I love coffee cake! I remember making the Bisquick Coffee Cake recipe with mom as a kid. The best part is the streusel on top with the perfect bite being a 50/50 combo of soft cake and crunchy topping.
My husband loves cinnamon rolls so I whipped up this new version of a coffee cake called a Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake! I make a lot of extra streusel, add a cinnamon-sugar filling into the cake and top with the classic cinnamon roll icing! This was DELICIOUS!!
