Be like a duck...

...calm on the surface, paddling furiously underneath hoping things work out.

I started cooking Thanksgiving back in 2009 and just made my 10th Thanksgiving dinner in 2019.  I typically prepare a DUCK instead of a TURKEY because...it just tastes a lot better.

I slow roast it for hours, ask my husband to carve it up and then put it under the broiler for a few minutes to make the skin extra crispy.
